It’s almost here! Circa Fall Fest 2021 is just around the corner and we’re pretty giddy about what’s in store. Before you put on your costume and head out the door, here’s the know-before-you-go, don’t-forget details that’ll make this year’s Fall Fest the best yet.
Where:
This year’s Fest Fell will be held OUTSIDE our office at 3353 Roger Place in Tower Grove South. We have reserved a full block (from McDonald Ave to Parker Ave) to celebrate in a socially distanced and safe manner. (Please note that masks will be required when inside the Circa office)
When:
The party starts promptly at 2 PM on Saturday, October 30th and ends at 5 PM.
Parking:
Street parking will be available on Roger Place just North and South of the event. As this is a residential area, please don’t be deterred if you have to walk a block or two. It’ll be worth it, we promise!
Food & Drink
What’s a Circa event without food and drink? We’re thrilled to offer an assortment of FREE fall-themed concessions including Civil Life beer, Hot Chocolate, Pretzel Boys pretzel nuggets, s’mores and caramel corn. Oh, and did we mention lots of candy?
Music
Is there anything more “fall” than a three-piece bluegrass band? Nope! We’re super excited about this year’s line-up, featuring Drew Lance from Saint Louis’ One Way Traffic.
Activities for the Kids
We’ll have Balloon Artist STL Balloons on hand throughout the afternoon, as well as trunk-or-treating, a s’mores-making station, and costume contests for the Best and Spookiest kids costumes.
Coat Drive
This year’s Fall Fest will serve as the official kick-off for our annual Coat Drive benefitting the students and families of Buder Elementary in south city. Bring a new or gently used winter outerwear donation (coats, hats, gloves, vests, scarves, etc.) and be entered into a raffle for St. Louis-themed prizes.
Who else is joining?
We’re excited to have our new neighbors, Laughing Bear Bakery, joining us! They’ll be serving their famous Bear Candy – delectable puffed corn coated in three layers of caramel. Need we say more?
Will there be giveaways?
Duh! Rumor has it the sought-after, limited edition Circa campfire mugs may be making their triumphant return. And, of course, we’ll have other Circa swag available for the taking.
Will my Circa Agent be there?
You betcha! The Circa agents, staff and brokers are ready to party! The only question is: will you recognize us in our costumes?
Weather
As this is an outdoor event (and because St. Louis is St. Louis), please bring a coat in the event of chilly weather. We’ll have a fire pit to keep you nice and toasty!
