Jackie prides herself on her communication with clients and believes a successful partnership is built off of trust. She takes an attentive approach to educating her clients every step of the way so they are well informed and feel confident in the decisions they make. Her goal is to make the process as easy as possible, understanding the stress involved with major life decisions and changes.
She understands what it’s like to be a first time home buyer. In fact, Jackie first started in the mortgage industry because she was daunted by the process of buying her first home. Her curiosity about the process, attention to detail, and analytical nature allowed her to be highly successfully in the mortgage industry. Her experience from the lender’s perspective adds tremendous value to helping buyers navigate and understand the financing process.
After 18 years in the mortgage industry, she has finally left the financing side to help owners and future home owners directly. Jackie first worked with Circa in both selling her home and buying her next home and knew they had something special going on. When exploring brokerages, she knew this was the place she wanted to be.
Being active in the community is important to Jackie. She is involved in her local neighborhood association and has also held a Neighborhood Revitalization Coordinator volunteer position that involved coordinating events for organizations like Habitat for Humanity and Rebuilding Together.
Jackie grew up in Webster Groves and raised her family there. She now she calls Lafayette Square home. She has lived in many parts of the city and as a St. Louis native she knows this city’s neighborhoods well.
