Josh Corson

Joshua Corson, Founding Partner at Visionary Capital, has 16 years of experience in operations and has been instrumental in both developing real estate and and growing mid size businesses. After finalizing an $80 million mixed use real estate development in Clayton, MO., Mr. Corson started Visionary Capital. At Visionary Capital, Mr. Corson has participated in acquiring and overseeing the operations of 4 operating companies along with 6 financial investment companies. The operating companies have a combined yearly revenue in excess of $20 million.

In addition, Mr. Corson has participated in the development and brokerage of over $175 million of real estate. Mr. Corson is a member of the Missouri Bar with a JD from Washington University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science from Babson College. Mr. Corson is an officer on the Clayton, Missouri Chamber of Commerce and on the Clayton, Missouri Architecture Review Board. In addition, Mr. Corson is the Chair of the Vice-President of Covenant Place, a low-income senior housing facility which is in the process of an $80 million development.
