Picking up fresh sourdough bread from Union Loafers.
After years of working in retail, Riley went back to school to pursue Art Education and landed with minors in Studio Art and Psychology from the University of Missouri St. Louis. During this time she gained experience investing in properties near Tower Grove Park; owning and operating a handful of duplexes which led to the “fix and flip'' process, doing most of the work on her own.
Her background in art contributes to having an eye for detail while her experience owning duplexes adds to her understanding of the intricacies that come with older homes in St. Louis. She has spent most of her adult life in the Shaw neighborhood where she loved to ride her bike to work and run with her dog in Tower Grove Park. She now resides in Rock Hill with her husband, dog and two cats.
While Riley is a new agent at Circa, her belief in lifelong education ensures the continuous expansion of knowledge of real estate in order to best serve clients. Riley strives to be the agent she would want to have for herself. Her less-than-positive real estate experiences in the past fuel her desire to care for clients the way she would want to be taken care of–with integrity and compassion. She has found the atmosphere and people of Circa to be refreshing and aims to keep the vision alive by building authentic relationships and providing the best possible service as a full-time agent.
