Hi, I’m Traci!
I may be new to the game, but I’m not new to the city or to real estate. I was born and raised in University City, where I’ve also owned three century-old homes and I’m the proud daughter of an ASHI-certified home inspector. I know how to spot and resolve a wet basement!
As a native, I’ve always been inspired by the unique homes and classic architecture of St. Louis neighborhoods. Though my roots are in University City, I have also enjoyed loft-living downtown and quiet suburban cul-de-sacs. I love traveling throughout St. Louis, north, south, east and west, visiting friends and family and enjoying unique neighborhood restaurants and shops.
After earning a degree in journalism and design from the University of Kansas, I spent 25 years working in design. During those years, I owned my own firm, taught at Washington University and worked in agency and corporate settings. And throughout that time, I spent countless hours redesigning each of my homes and helping others re-imagine their space. Now I’m eager to help you find just the right home — or prepare your current home to sell — just as I did.
My sister, Staci, and brother-in-law (he’s a home inspector too!) who also live in St. Louis, are parents to my five nieces and nephews who make me smile daily. My mom and dad are both St. Louis natives and just celebrated 50 years of marriage.
I can’t wait to partner with you in your home search or sale. I know with my experience in design and knowledge of real estate, I will make your adventures in home buying or selling easier.
So, why work with Traci?
I’m a seasoned designer who has an eye for special homes and can spot those with potential. I’m a people person and passionate realtor who wants to match the right home with the right buyer, and find the ideal buyer for every seller. I know St. Louis, north, south, east and west and I can help you find your perfect match!
