Biography
Jen Faulkner has experience in all aspects of real estate from luxury estate homes to first time home buyers, historic properties and condos, to farm developments, as well as, relocation clients. Her expertise has brought many awards and has consistently ranked her among the top agents in a variety of market areas. Jennifer has a proven track record of excellence, proficiency and integrity. In a field that constantly changes, she has integrated a cutting-edge approach to marketing, presentation, negotiation, and sales into her practice. Jen uses modern technology to market creatively and resourcefully, maximizing information, advertising savviness, & effective negation skills. She takes her clients' best interests at heart and this has earned her an extremely loyal client base.
Jennifer has been a lifelong St. Louis area resident with children in public and private schools over the past 28 years. She started her work career as a Registered Nurse after earning her bachelor's Degree in Nursing. She completed 16 years of employment at St. Louis University Medical Center.
Along with her daughter Hannah Fink, they formed the Jen Faulkner Homes team in early 2015. Hannah is a REALTOR® and Broker Associate in Illinois. She resides there with her husband Sam Fink. They have two daughters, Evelynn and Eleanor and a son Winston Charles. Besides Hannah, Jennifer has a son Jacob and her youngest son Jack. Jennifer and her husband Steve also have 2 golden doodles, Fitz and Fiona, along with their cat, Lulu. The family loves spending time together while dining out, boating, or vacationing. Jen also loves to spend time on special projects at home and assisting others with the same.

Jennifer and her daughter Hannah partnered together to form the Jen Faulkner Homes Team in early 2015. “I was introduced to Jen Faulkner Homes by my Attorney who was helping me settle my Father's estate. These women are simply magical - My father passed away and when I was finally able to get access to the residence, the team met me there that very day to look around and speak with me. While we were checking things, we realized that the furnace wasn't working, and they offered me a name of a company to help me out. I called him that day and he was able to meet me there and fixed it right then and there. From there - after the house was emptied and cleaned, they came in and took pictures and made this house look amazing.
