Seeking to connect with clients through building rapport and understanding each client's individuality and goals, Jenn designs a path to incorporate their unique needs to seek and showcase their homes.

Circa 2013, she came to real estate as a natural extension of her affection for service, hospitality and results which she developed as former owner of both Dwell 912 Bed & Breakfast and Great Pumpkin Gardening. From these experiences, Jenn has achieved success and longevity as an agent by listening to clients needs, maintaining relationships and navigating a path to achieve their goals through partnership from concept to vision to reality.

Circa 2017 she launched her own real estate brand, "Dwell & Sell" as a way to differentiate her personal approach as a Realtor® and passion for the people she partners with and her commitment of service beyond closing day. She created the "Dwell & Sell' website to share her story and those she's fortunate enough to call 'dwellers' and 'sellers' over the years. You can find Jenn cruising through town in her branded and restored 1978 VW microbus whether on her way to the next Open House or with future "dwellers" in tow.

Always looking to up her game for her clients, Jenn became a licensed Broker in 2018. She uses her strong negotiating skills, study of market data and trends and deep understanding of all the phases of the process as they are integral in successful home purchases and sales. Through experience she offers calculated guidance to clients as she assists them in the task of buying or selling their home and seeks to exceed expectations at every point of the process.

For years, Jenn has considered herself a sort of ‘ambassador’ to the ‘Lou. Now she shares that knowledge and hospitality with her real estate clients. She is a tireless advocate for the spaces people live and the city that she loves. Ultimately, Jenn hopes to use the skills, experience and commitment she brings to real estate, her businesses, and our city to help you find the home and hood where you will want to hang your hat... and your heart.
