Joel Svoboda

Rooted in St Louis since 1984, Joel has a thorough knowledge of the many neighborhoods and communities in the St. Louis area. He has been helping his clients with their residential real estate needs since 2003. He got his start with a small brokerage firm in one of the city’s historic neighborhoods, Lafayette Square, where he and his wife began raising their family. In fact, Joel’s real estate career began while he was a stay-at-home dad. With some help of his Bassett Hound and his son, Joel quickly built his business by getting out into the community and meeting people. Not one who likes to sit still, Joel’s outgoing and personable approach quickly enabled him to pursue real estate as a full time career.

 

With his business expanding to more areas in the St Louis market, Joel joined a larger brokerage firm with a broader market reach. After 8 years of success as a top REALTOR® for the company and in the St Louis area, he decided that he could best serve his clients by aligning with a local independent brokerage firm that focused on the neighborhoods of St Louis, especially those in the central corridor. As a resident of Webster Groves and father of 3 children in the school district since 2007, having a “homegrown” brokerage firm to align with was important to his growing client base.

 

Joel and his team joined Circa Properties Inc in 2013 and helped this independent homegrown brokerage firm open their doors in Webster Groves. The Joel Svoboda Team  and Circa’s "best practices" approach have been the cornerstone to Joel's team building a successful real estate brand that has established itself as a leader in the St Louis area.

 

Joel and his team continue to embrace the latest technologies in the real state industry while understanding the importance of getting to know their clients one person at a time.
