Her knowledge of Saint Louis neighborhoods was invaluable: she greatly informed my thinking on where I wanted to live. Once we had a serious offer, she took care of all the things that I was worried would require me to fly back to Saint Louis like coordinating all of the minor repairs and touch-ups requested by the buyers. I was expecting the process to be harder; I was still waiting for the next thing to do when I noticed a big sum of cash landing in my bank account and a note from Johanna telling me, 'That's it!'
